We are a PPEC (medical daycare) that is opening in St Johns county. We will serve counties Duval, St Johns and Flagler, providing nursing and skilled services to children with special needs, Mon-Fri from 6a-6p.


Grand Opening on 12/17/24 from 4p-7p

-ribbon cutting will begin at 4:30pm
