The mission of the FLDRS Associate Center Network is to support the implementation  of initiatives developed by Bureau of Instructional Support and Community Services and local school districts, in partnerships with communities and families. These initiatives include highest student achievement, safe learning environments, a high performing work force and partnerships. FLDRS assists in the enhancement of learner outcomes for students through the provision of leadership in the areas of information dissemination, training, technical assistance to persons involved in the education of students with exceptionalities. Collaboration among centers within the network and across functions to develop resources and products to support the initiatives is essential.
