Cedar Tree’s COVID-19 Response
Cedar Tree is enrolling now for online social skills groups at a rate of $20/session, so there won’t be a long lag in social skill instruction for students not in school.

Achieve Pediatric Therapy’s COVID-19 Response
While our physical locations are closed, we are still open “virtually” to serve you! Our therapists are ready to schedule Teletherapy for OT/PT/ABA services and our administration is available by phone and email.
FRIENDS Down Syndrome West Florida’s
F.R.I.E.N.D.S. invites all special needs to join us for our weekly Virtual Dance Party! Our Dance Parties will be once a week! Just log onto the Zoom link that will be sent out or posted on FaceBook.
MOSI’s COVID-19 Response
We have taken our MOSI In Motion outreach programs – VIRTUAL. Every weekday at 1:30pm you can tune in for science education engagement on our MOSI In Motion Facebook page. Each one of these programs has new content as well as the opportunity for Q&A. Plus, every Friday there is a virtual field trip on the MOSI exhibit path.
RCDS’ COVID-19 Response
In the interest of health concerns for our consumers, staff, and members of the community, the RCDS Staff will continue operating standard business hours 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, but we will manage day to day activities by appointment and remotely only. For the health and safety of all, we will not be able to have walk-ins at this time.

Forbes Behavioral Services COVID-19 Response
Our office is closed. Families can still reach us via phone by leaving a message, as we are checking messages daily.
We have moved clinical services to Telehealth where appropriate.
We have moved to an “urgent services” model – we are continuing to provide in person direct sessions to clients meeting a criteria of need (including high intensity behaviors and/or severe language deficits).
We are continuing to connect with new families who are seeking services, but all new clients will start with TeleHealth for now.
Acorn Health’s COVID-19 Response
Acorn Health has been developing new safety protocols to protect your family, and our team. We’ve identified ways to move to home-based care when possible, and extend remote services where it is medically appropriate.
Acorn is approved to provide telehealth supervision and telehealth family training to help reduce in-person contact. Staff are also trained to protect personal health information.

UCP Charter Schools COVID-19 Response
UCP Live is a new live stream from 9am – 3pm on school days that feature “Edutainers” (UCP teachers, therapists, and community guests) as they share 15-minute Arts and Enrichment “episodes” supplementing learning opportunities. From mini lessons learning Spanish or French, art lessons by talented painted, to life skills like cooking and wellness, to therapeutic fine motor or gross motor activities. Developed Dr. Rebecca Hines and colleagues from UCF.

Youth Advocate Programs’ COVID-19 Response
Challenged by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Youth Advocate Programs (YAP), Inc. has created a special fund to deliver home-based services to young people who would otherwise be in youth prisons or congregate care facilities.
All staff are practicing social distancing and introducing virtual service delivery to our youth and families whenever possible.
TheraPlay at Home’s COVID-19 Response
TheraPlay at Home has virtual Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy services up and running. They are a PLSA Direct Pay provider for the Gardiner Grant for Homeschooling Families in Florida.
